Medical and Dental Insurance Plans
Group Medical and Dental Plans are available the first of the month following employment. Patriot pays 50% for this coverage for its employees and their immediate family.
Vision
Group Vision is available the first of the month following employment. This is not a company sponsored plan and employees are responsible for the premium for this plan.
Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Patriot Technologies, Inc. offer STD, LTD, AD&D and $25,000 Life Insurance policies at no charge to its employees after 90 days of employment.
Supplemental Insurance Plans
Optional supplemental insurance plans are available through AFLAC: Personal Accident Indemnity Plan, Personal Sickness Indemnity Plan, Cancer Indemnity Plan, Hospital Protection Plan and Specified Health Plan.
Retirement Plan
Patriot Technologies, Inc. offers its employee's participation in its 401(k) Retirement Plan. Patriot matches 1% of the 4% contributed by the employee. Open enrollment is semi-annually.
Leave/Holidays
Patriot Technologies, Inc. offers its employee’s 2 weeks vacation and 1 week personal leave prorated for first year of employment. The Company observes New Years Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas as holidays.
Direct Deposit
Patriot Technologies, Inc. promotes that all employees participate with Direct Deposit of payroll checks. This allows employees immediate access to their paychecks. Direct Deposit is available for 2 accounts allowing employees to set aside money in savings if desired.
