How Does It Work?

RADAR works on distributed desktop, mobile and server computer infrastructures of any size, from headquarter’s work groups to global networks. RADAR also scans heterogeneous environments—Windows, Mac O-S, Unix, and Linux. After the assessment, you’ll know the score and an action plan to establish and maintain compliance.

Eligibility for Participation

A server computer allocated to run the BigFix Server with at least the following requirements

Either physical or virtual computer
Windows 2000 or 2003 Server running
SQL Server 2000
At least 1 GB+ of RAM using a 2GHZ+ CPU and minimum 1Gig partition
Server to have access to the internet

GFE Computer Assets Designated for Assessment

Computers must be Windows XP or Vista
Minimum of 25 and maximum of 500 with one subnet
Admin privileges required on the computers for installation

Admin privileges required on the computers for installation
Commitment to conduct a 2-hour review session with appropriate stakeholders and complete a FDCC 48-Hour Challenge MAP document prior to installation
