Bruce Tucker As President of Patriot Technologies, Inc., Bruce leads Patriot’s federal and commercial Enterprise Security Solutions (ESS) business that consists of services, training and product distribution. Since his founding of Patriot in 1996, the company has grown from a staff of 3 to nearly 65 employees.. Patriot’s success today is largely due to Bruce's passion for developing his people at the highest level and for building a formidable executive support team respected throughout the information security industry. Prior to Patriot Technologies, Bruce spent 13 years with Pioneer Technologies Inc. and held various sales and management positions during his tenure there. Bruce is a member of Infragard, ISSA and APMPNCA. Steve Keefe As co-founder of Patriot, Steve was instrumental in the formation and continued success of Patriot’s Strategic Appliance and Logistics Solutions (SALS), establishing Patriot as a leader in the industry and growing the business to record profits. Prior to Patriot Steve spent over 15 years in industrial distribution at Pioneer Technologies and held engineering and support roles at Avnet Computer. He holds a degree in Management Systems with concentrations in programming and computer operations. He is also a member of MD Infragard. Jorge Diaz Jorge Diaz joined Patriot Technologies in December 2006 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to COO in October 2007. Jorge is responsible for managing Patriot’s rapid growth profitably, addressing the opportunities and challenges of the company and for hiring the best professionals available to accomplish strategic objectives. Over his 40-year business career, Jorge has successfully managed commercial and government sales efforts for several leading technology companies such as Interfuse Technology, Ener1 Holdings and Wang Laboratories. Jorge attended the University of Massachusetts and is a member of several professional associations, including the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Security Affairs Support Association (SASA), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and AeA (formerly American Electronics Association). Bill McIntosh Bill McIntosh joined Patriot Technologies in 2011 as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for the Design Engineering and Professional Services organizations. He has over 25 years of experience as a high technology executive with strong product and services skills in both the government and commercial marketplaces. He is a cyber security professional with expertise in network security (design, auditing and compliance), product certifications (FIPS 140-2 and Common Criteria) and network monitoring (SCAP).
Prior to joining Patriot Technologies, Bill held senior management and technical positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Fortress Technologies and Bay Networks (Wellfleet). He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and U-Mass Lowell and is a long time member of IEEE. Bill has earned CISSP, CISA and CWNP certifications. Trish Southwell Trish Southwell brings over 20 years of high-tech industry expertise to Patriot Technologies. Trish joined Patriot in 1999 as a Sales Representative with 10 years experience in the IT industry. In her sales career at Patriot she was instrumental in growing both commercial and public sector business through strategic programs. Trish was promoted in 2004 to General Sales Manager of the Enterprise Security Solutions (ESS) group. Under her direction the ESS group has experienced tremendous growth, both in size and revenue, resulting in her promotion to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in October 2007. Vonnie Keefe Vonnie joined Patriot Technologies in February 2004 as Director of Quality Management and is responsible for building and oversight of the quality management system and regulatory compliance policy at Patriot. Vonnie came to Patriot with over 15 years of quality management, process control and auditing experience in both manufacturing and research arenas. She has a BS in Chemistry and is a certified Lead Assessor. Vonnie has successfully taken corporate and satellite plants through ISO 9001 quality system development to certification. For a year and half Vonnie acted as the Director of Contract Manufacturing—building and managing processes within the strategic appliance and logistics organization of Patriot Technologies. Janice Gibson In her role as Director of Marketing, Janice is responsible for all aspects of Patriot’s strategic marketing communications programs including brand awareness, lead and revenue generation, as well as partner relations. Janice brings 20 years of marketing and public relations experience to Patriot. Prior to joining the company, she was Senior Manager of Marketing Communications at supply chain management provider Manugistics. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a B.A. in Communication. Mark Hagemann Mark Hagemann joined Patriot Technologies in February 2010 as Controller and is responsible for the finance and accounting operations of the company. Mark brings extensive financial and operational experience from the manufacturing and service business sectors. Mark attended Villanova University and is a Maryland Certified Public Accountant. Doug Hicks Doug Hicks joined Patriot Technologies in January 2010 as Director of Manufacturing and is responsible for the Strategic Appliance and Logistics Solutions group. Doug brings over 23 years of manufacturing, supply chain and information technology experience in order to serve our customers in the contract manufacturing arena. Doug holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and has held long-term positions at publicly held companies such as Corning, Inc. and Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Shelly Gladhill Shelly Gladhill joined Patriot in 1998 in a dual role responsible for developing a Human Resources program and handling the day-to-day accounting operations. As Patriot grew, the business needs required her role to evolve into a full-time HR position. Now in her role as Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for employee relations, recruitment efforts, benefit programs, policy and procedure development, diversity, EEO and affirmative action programs, as well as compensation and performance management. She is also responsible for facilities management, industrial security and safety programs. Shelly has more than 15 years of diverse human resources experience. She is a member of SHRM, HRA-NCA, MD Infragard, NCMS and BSA-NCAC. |
