Patriot Technologies Expands Management Team in Response to Growing Demand for IT Security Solutions |

Prior to joining Patriot Technologies, Mr. Diaz was Vice President of Sales at Interfuse Technology where he directed sales of the company’s file-security software products to the federal government and commercial enterprises. Preceding his position at Interfuse, he held executive positions with Ener1 Holdings, Vredenburg Information Technology Group, Wang Laboratories and Honeywell Information Systems.
Mr. Diaz attended the University of Massachusetts and is a member of several professional associations, including the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Security Affairs Support Association (SASA), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and the AeA.
In addition, the company announces the hiring of Janice Gibson as Manager of Marketing Communication and Barry Swears as Controller.
Ms. Gibson brings 15 years of marketing and public relations experience to Patriot where she will develop strategic marketing communications programs for image awareness, lead and revenue generation and partner co-op activities. Prior to joining the company, she was Senior Manager of Marketing Communications at supply chain management provider Manugistics. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a B.A. in Communication.
Mr. Swears joins Patriot Technologies in the role of Comptroller. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial functions. Previously, Mr. Swears held the position of Controller for R.M. Roach and Sons, as well as finance roles with BRL Hardy Wine Company, Federal Mogul Friction Products, VDO Yazaki Corporation and Trico Products. He has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
